Jelly Roll reportedly wants to lose more weight after shedding 100 pounds. According to the latest findings of Life & Style , the singing sensation is adamant that he will lose more weight. However, amid his strict diet, the 39-year-old allows himself to enjoy cheat meals. A source close to the artist weighed in on this approach and shared, “Occasionally, he will splurge but by and large he does good, and people are proud of him.” “He tries so hard,” the tipster continued. They remarked before signing off from the chat, “His chef [Chef Larios] is helping and whipping up healthy versions of his favorite meals, and reminding him, is that second helping worth it?” This report comes after Jelly said in an Instagram video posted last month that “Next year when y’all see me, you won’t recognize me." He also said in the video he shared on his social media, “I’m going to get under a pile of weights in a way that I never had.” The singer's nutrition coach chimed in to show how Jelly Roll is sticking to his weight loss journey while he is also on his Beautifully Broken tour. “We just passed the halfway point of the tour, and Jelly’s been crushing it,” Larios said. “We’re either walking [around] the arena, playing basketball, boxing,” the fitness guru explained, noting, “He just surpassed his 100-pound weight loss.” Larios also shared the singer's pre-show meal which “fuels him before a show.”Mikel Arteta has urged Arsenal to end their away day blues in the Champions League by beating Sporting Lisbon . The Gunners have struggled away from home in Europe’s elite club competition under Arteta, winning just one of seven games on the road. Arsenal have lost all of their last four away games in the Champions League and failed to find the net in that time, too. A trip to Sporting is next up on Tuesday and Arteta believes it is a good moment for his side to make a statement. “It’s certainly something we have to improve,” he said. “We have the right steps, and looking back at the way we played against Inter, against a team that has been so dominant in the league, were in the Champions League final and should have won it. “We played and dominated the game we should have won. But the reality is you have to make it happen, and we didn’t. “Those steps are what we have to take next, be ruthless and be much more efficient in the opposition box, and when we get there do what we have to do to take the three points away from here. “Not all of the games have been the same. It’s true that some of those games were when we’d already qualified. “But it’s true we have to improve the results and we have to find the ways to understand what has been missing. “Sometimes it’s been performance to be fair, and sometimes it’s been different aspects, and that’s the next step we have to make as a team.” Arsenal’s lack of goals has been a particular worry and the last player to score for them away from home in the Champions League was Eddie Nketiah in December of last year. “The efficiency we have shown inside the box, at this level, with the number of chances you are normally able to generate in the Champions League, has not been at the level that is required to win consistently,” he said. “I always say the Champions League is about the boxes, small margins and details, and you have to get all those right to win, especially away from home.”

India to become third-largest economy by 2027-28: Ashwini Vaishnaw

Cracks emerge in Trump's MAGA coalitionRussell Wilson is coming off his first loss since Christmas Eve 2023, but storm clouds might be brewing for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Russell Wilson and Justin Fields have one of the most unconventional quarterback rooms in recent NFL history. It has been rare for a team to wilfully alternate quarterbacks like the Pittsburgh Steelers have. J.J. Watt and others have spoken out on the Steelers’ Justin Fields choice to throw out the baby with the bathwater. However, their new version of the offense sees a healthy mix of both quarterbacks. Recent proposed trades with Taysom Hill prove that a two-quarterback system can work, but only in certain circumstances. Many are blaming the Steelers’ loss to the Cleveland Browns on their less-than-nailed-down quarterback room. One former Eagles star asked big questions about whether the team should continue to attempt their best Taysom Hill impression. LeSean McCoy on Pittsburgh Steelers quarterbacks Speaking on a November 22 edition of “The Facility,” LeSean McCoy claimed that the Justin Fields wrinkle is hurting the Steelers more than unlocking anything. If anything, it is just taking opportunities away from Russell Wilson to win the game. “[Justin Fields is] not really that good as a player. He’s super, super athletic. I get all that. ... This third-down package, right? He comes in there, he runs the ball, whatever. “But now I’m looking at it like there’s no type of balance. ... Every defender is all in the box. ... It’s all like power runs. Second thing is he had the one on the sideline that was cool, right? It was a nice play. But overall, if I’m a defense, it’s not hard to adjust. ... You take out the star quarterback so you can throw the ball with the backup quarterback. Makes no sense,” he said. Of course, the inclement weather in the Cleveland-Steelers battle could have played a role in hurting the ability to pull off deep-field completions. The Steelers wore mostly white uniforms and in a near blizzard, Justin Fields’ visibility could have been impacted. Either way, a loss is a loss. Teams don’t find themselves asking the big questions after a win, but now Mike Tomlin has reason to reevaluate his usage of the package. Russell Wilson’s upcoming schedule It would be a surprise if Wilson were benched after one loss, but if he were to fall to .500 or hit a notable losing streak, such an avenue seemingly would be on the table. Based on the upcoming schedule, there is at least a chance of a losing streak developing. The Steelers face four more games against division opponents and considering they lost to the team with the lowest win percentage, they will have their work cut out for themselves. They’ll face the Bengals twice, Ravens once, Browns one more time, and the Kansas City Chiefs. Wilson also faces the Philadelphia Eagles. If the Steelers can get through the upcoming gauntlet intact, most fans and analysts would seemingly like their chances at a decent playoff run. However, if they slump in December, it could be one of the more stunning implosions in recent NFL memory. Will the Steelers rise to the occasion? The Bill Belichick era at the University of North Carolina is officially underway. On Thursday, the football icon, known for his renowned straight-to-the-point candor, was unveiled as the Tar Heels’ head coach. Belichick, the second-most winningest head coach in NFL history, said it was a “dream” to be the new coach at UNC. “I always wanted to coach in college football and it just never really worked out. I had some good years in the NFL so that was okay but this is really kind of a dream come true,” Belichick said during the press conference at Chapel Hill. Belichick has ties to the university through his father, Steve, who was an assistant football coach for the Tar Heels from 1953 to 1955. He touched on some of these memories. The famed coach recounted a story about his childhood in the Belichick household, where his first words were, “Beat Duke!” - the university’s bitter in-state rival. The coach described his return to Chapel Hill as a homecoming. Belichick also unveiled his dad’s old UNC sweatshirt, which he has kept from when his father coached at the college. This is the first coaching job for Belichick, who has won eight Super Bowls as a coach (six as the New England Patriots head coach and two as a New York Giants assistant), since he and the Patriots parted ways in January. In addition to 24 seasons as the Patriots head coach, Belichick was head coach of the Cleveland Browns for the 1991-1995 seasons. When asked why he wants to carry on coaching, the veteran’s response was simple. “Beats working,” Belichick quipped. “My dad told me this ... when you love what you do, it’s not work. I love what I do, I love coaching, I love the interaction with the players, I love building a team, working with assistants, game planning, the game itself.” Belichick, whose five-year deal runs through December 2029, also made it clear that he is here to stay in North Carolina and said he “didn’t come here to leave,” when asked about potential future NFL vacancies. While Belichick admitted there were parallels between the NFL and college football, the long-time coach also noted the many differences. But Belichick maintained that the game is still football. The coach made it clear that he is no stranger to developing young players, referencing Patriots stars Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski, and Julian Edelman as players he helped become successful NFL stars. Coach Belichick’s excitement at joining the University of North Carolina program was shared by the school’s athletic director. “We are embarking on an entirely new football operation, and we can’t wait to have coach Belichick leading the charge for us,” Bubba Cunningham said. “We are known as the University of National Champions and we have a Super Bowl champion coach who is here to lead the program.” In honor of his new coach, Cunningham even wore a custom jacket with the sleeves ripped off — a famed look of Belichick’s while roaming the NFL sidelines. For now, Belichick will focus on improving a middling college program. The Tar Heels finished the regular season with a 6-6 record and will face Connecticut in the Fenway Bowl on December 28. The Tar Heels’ new head coach said he wants to return the program to its heyday of 1980 – the last time the football team won a conference title. “There’s a lot of pride in this program and I want to do everything I can here to help take it to the highest level.” CNN’s Jill Martin contributed to reporting.

A country also needs a shared vision to develop sustainably. We must focus on benchmarking and grooming entrepreneurs to become ones who cater to global markets.
